I didn’t start out as a real estate agent, but I have been a property manager and real estate investor myself for about 20 years.

My path brought me from construction and property management into a degree in geography which set the foundation of my deep analytical skills of the natural and built environments. From there I earned a masters degree and became a licensed landscape architect where I applied design to projects spanning residential, commercial, land development, and permitting. My growing skills brought me into strategic consulting helping clients use spatial technology to navigate complex solutions and providing project management for large initiatives.

From these experiences I learned how to break down complex problems, spot hidden opportunities, and create strategies that drive long-term value. Now, I apply that same skill set to help people make smarter, more strategic real estate decisions.
